JAMAXX Web Design wants to make paying for our web design services as easy and flexible as possible for our clients. Ordinarily, a payment of 50% of the quoted price of the estimated services is made prior to the beginning of the design work. The final payment is made when the site is completed and you have signed off on the site. If the estimated services end up being more than what was originally quoted, you will not be charged for the extra cost (unless the higher cost is due to work completed that was not itemized in the original estimate but was agreed upon by both parties to be completed after the original estimate). However, if the cost is less than originally estimated (because of work itemized on the estimate that was not completed for reasons agreed to by both parties), the difference in cost will be deducted from your final payment. Payments will be accepted in cash or cheque form, or through Paypal.
If for some reason this payment plan is unacceptable to you, feel free to tell us your concerns. We will remain as flexible as possible, in coming to some kind of mutually agreeable solution.
